✔ Get a Full Makeover 💄 – Enjoy a MAC Cosmetics glam session, a styled look by Macy’s, and hair transformation by Cousins Styling Studio.
✔ Hit the Runway 🚀 – Walk the Hair Con stage and bring your character to life!

Whether you’re a seasoned cosplayer or a first-timer, this is your chance to showcase your craftsmanship, creativity, and performance skills in front of a live audience and expert judges.
Handmade, altered, and uniquely styled cosplays are all welcome! Show off your attention to detail, character accuracy, and stage presence for a chance to win prizes and take home the title!

Contest Format
Each participant will have the opportunity to showcase their cosplay on stage through the following segments:
- 2 Cosplay Contests: One for adults and a second one for kids.
- Runway Walk and Twirl: Strut your stuff and display your costume from all angles.
- Character Performance: Act out a famous line, slogan, or pose associated with your character.
- Crowd Support Cheer: Engage the audience and encourage them to cheer for you. Crowd reaction will count as the fourth judge!
Judging Criteria
Our panel of judges will evaluate participants on three aspects:
- Ingenuity: Originality and creativity of your cosplay.
- Detail: Attention to detail in costume construction and accuracy.
- Character Portrayal: How well you embody and perform as your character.
Costume Guidelines & Conduct
- Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
- No real weapons or hazardous materials allowed.
- Props must be safe and comply with Moreno Valley Mall regulations.
- Respect fellow participants and attendees.
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
